Why us

What makes us better

01

Installed to the manufacturer’s spec

Every material goes down the way its maker specifies — that is what the warranty is written against.

02

Subfloor first, always

Flatness is what decides whether seams stay tight and tile stays uncracked. We level before anything goes down.

03

One crew, one point of contact

The same crew that starts the job finishes it, so nothing is handed between subcontractors mid-project.

Flooring FAQ

How much does flooring installation cost?

Installed cost is priced per square foot and depends on the material, removal of the old floor, subfloor leveling or repair, stairs and transitions.

Do you remove and dispose of the old flooring?

Removal is planned into the estimate, including furniture moving, baseboards and door trimming where the new floor is thicker.

What happens if my subfloor isn't level?

Uneven subfloors are leveled before installation, because flooring manufacturers set flatness tolerances their warranties depend on. Past clients have noted how much leveling tight material specifications required.

Does a flooring contractor need a license in South Carolina?

South Carolina's Residential Builders Commission requires residential specialty contractors to register when a job exceeds $500.

Can baseboards, doors or painting be done with the floor?

Yes. Baseboards and door trimming are already part of a flooring job, and new trim, interior doors or interior painting can be added to the same estimate.

Every hard-surface floor type except carpet.
